SAP S/4HANA Service Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Service Architect to lead the Service Management workstream for a large-scale S/4HANA brownfield transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Management track for an end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield implementation program
• Architect and design the S/4HANA Service Management solution, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices
• Drive migration from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service, including process redesign, functional configuration, and testing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with 8+ years in Service Management roles
• Extensive experience leading S/4HANA implementation projects, specifically in brownfield environments
• Proven expertise across the entire service management lifecycle within SAP
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering service solutions in manufacturing industry environments
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration between S/4HANA Service and other SAP modules
