Job Summary
A company is looking for a SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead - Automotive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end service management and warranty solutions on SAP S/4HANA
- Own and optimize After-Sales Service and Warranty processes, ensuring compliance and integration
- Lead functional configuration, design reviews, and support testing strategy for SAP implementations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience, specifically in Service and Warranty domains
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS and Warranty Management
- Deep understanding of automotive after-sales processes and dealer ecosystems
- Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Working knowledge of IDocs, APIs, and integration patterns
