Job Summary
A company is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support a Brownfield conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Brownfield system conversion activities for SAP Customer Service / Service Management
- Conduct detailed analysis of current ECC service management processes and provide recommendations for optimization
- Validate and support end-to-end service order flows across integrated SAP modules
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management
- Experience with S/4HANA Brownfield projects and understanding of simplification items
- 6-10 years of overall SAP functional experience with at least one SAP CS implementation
- Demonstrated experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA conversions
- Hands-on experience with integration across PM, SD, and MM
