SAP S/4HANA Test Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Test Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end testing for an SAP implementation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall Program Test Management across the SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle
• Act as the primary escalation point for all testing risks, issues, and challenges
• Develop, maintain, and refine the Test Approach as project insights and dynamics evolve

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors testing
• Proven expertise in QA test management and leading large-scale testing initiatives
• Proficient with test management tools, preferably TRICENTIS QTEST
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills focused on delivering high-quality results
