SAP S/4HANA Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end transformation initiatives from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, the full-time SAP S/4HANA Transformation Manager will manage business process redesign, system implementation, and data migration while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a successful digital transformation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid)
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Drive system design, configuration, and integration across SAP modules

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with at least one S/4HANA implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC vs S/4HANA differences
• Expertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP
• Fluency with data migration tools
• Strong business process mapping and re-engineering skills
