Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP SAM Functional Consultant to investigate and resolve user incidents related to SAP's Service and Asset Manager application.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming SAM-related incidents in ServiceNow
Perform initial triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of user issues
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user communications

Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant SAP experience
Extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance processes and SAM application
Experience using the ServiceNow platform for incident management
Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization
Multilingual in English and Portuguese
