SAP Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP product teams delivery using Scaled Agile frameworks
• Facilitate agile events to promote team collaboration and alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in Information Systems/Project Management
• Experience in SAP project management environment and at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master of SAP agile delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in guiding teams through Agile events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices
