Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP modules related to SDCS in production environments
• Manage incidents using tools like ServiceNow, SolMan, or Jira
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective SAP integrations and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong experience in SAP support environments
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, LE, EWM, APO, or IBP
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL processes related to incident and change management
