Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Principal Engineer - SAP Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SAP AMS operations, including incident, problem, change, and release management
• Lead and mentor SAP support teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes
• Manage vendor relationships and handle escalations while implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 5-8+ years as a Service Delivery Manager in SAP AMS environments
• Extensive hands-on functional or technical SAP consulting experience
• Proficiency in incident, change, and problem management processes
• ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-governed environments preferred
• Broad knowledge of SAP integration and infrastructure, including cloud deployment
