Key Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements into design solutions for Human Capital Management & Talent Management IT systems
Conduct requirements gathering and create detailed functional specifications for robust solution designs
Manage project development from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget following SDLC methodology

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record in supporting Human Capital Management & Talent Management IT solutions
Experience in process analysis, redesign, and project management
