Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Benefits implementation within the USA
• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements
• Facilitate change and maintain applications, ensuring they meet business requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a SuccessFactors IT consultant with knowledge of Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders, including users and development teams
• Ability to support and develop applications in collaboration with product owners and managers
• Experience in organizing knowledge transfer phases to promote team collaboration
