Job Summary
A company is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting Consultant - Part Time - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting modules
- Gather business requirements and perform system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting configuration and implementation
- At least 3 full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting: Recruiter Experience, and Recruiting: Candidate Experience
- Hands-on experience with Integration Center jobs and file-based interfaces with third-party HR systems
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices, with the ability to document business requirements
