Job Summary

To support ongoing projects and optimization efforts, the remote SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will focus on Employee Central, leveraging 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration while working during CST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
• Support additional projects and optimization efforts within the SAP SuccessFactors environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address complex business roles and configuration needs

Required qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (mandatory)
• 5-6 years of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• 3-4 years of implementation experience specifically with Employee Central
• Strong configuration skills and experience with Position Management
• Solution Architect experience
