SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Summary

To support client HR needs, the full-time SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will lead design workshops, configure HR modules, and manage system operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to align client HR requirements with the SAP SuccessFactors framework
• Build and configure HR modules such as Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation
• Manage day-to-day system operations, including user access and data audits

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) is mandatory
• Experience in FMCG and/or refinery industries is a strong advantage
• Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams effectively
