SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Job Summary
To support a global enterprise, the part-time or full-time SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will provide functional consulting, production support, and system enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors modules while collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional support and consulting for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues
- Configure and enhance existing SuccessFactors functionality and assist with process improvements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and/or AMS support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise HR processes in international environments
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and business processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while being an active member of a distributed international team
