Job Summary

Leading a team of SAP payroll consultants, the full-time remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant will provide strategic guidance and solution leadership for ECP implementations, enhancements, and client advisory services while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll consultants across various engagements
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions while overseeing the full lifecycle of implementations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on payroll technology strategy and facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve system challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of SAP Payroll experience with significant expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing consulting or support teams
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and compliance requirements impacting payroll system configuration
• Experience managing client relationships and leading SAP ECP implementations or transformations
