SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead

Job Summary

To support a digital transformation initiative, the remote SuccessFactors Functional Lead will lead requirements workshops, configure award programs, and ensure system alignment while collaborating with client stakeholders and the consulting team on complex applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with client stakeholders and document functional requirements
• Configure award programs, workflows, and recognition dashboards while ensuring alignment with the client's data model
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolving functional defects and documenting changes

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Reward & Recognition module configuration
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and workflow configuration in SuccessFactors
• Minimum 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors functional experience with at least 3 full-cycle R&R module implementations
• Familiarity with EC Mini-Master and User Data File (UDF) data models
• Proven experience in functional design specification authorship and review
