Job Summary
Configured and supported SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), the full-time remote SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant will manage payroll schema, collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll schema, rules, and processing within SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement payroll solutions
- Perform payroll testing, audits, and defect resolution while driving process improvements
