SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of SAP Human Capital Management solutions, the full-time SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead will work remotely or from Alpharetta, GA, focusing on the architecture, configuration, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors systems while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, translating business requirements into technical designs
• Provide hands-on leadership in configuring, testing, and deploying complex SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
• Support SAP ECP Payroll integrations and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders for effective delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on functional-technical delivery and product leadership
• Deep hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and understanding of SAP S/4HANA Payroll
• Proven experience designing secure, end-to-end SuccessFactors solution architectures
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and their application in HR contexts
