Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level SAP Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Navy ERP FI-DTS module, including managing help desk tickets
• Support SAP User Management activities and assist users with navigation and role management
• Collaborate with Navy financial stakeholders to enhance system configurations and monitor DTS-to-ERP interface health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities
• Active Secret Clearance is required
• USA Citizenship is required
