SAP Technical Lead

Job Summary

Guiding technical design and delivery for BWXT's ERP landscape, the full-time remote SAP Technical Lead will manage performance analysis, data migration, and SAP security requirements while collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance system performance and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical project leadership across complex SAP initiatives and lead technical and functional teams throughout project lifecycles
• Architect SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements and perform hands-on configuration across SAP S4 modules
• Coordinate external partners and vendors while ensuring solution integrity through rigorous quality assurance practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience, including extensive experience with ERP system migrations such as SAP S4
• Strong understanding of project management techniques, including waterfall and agile methodologies
• Excellent technical architecture and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare technical and executive level presentations
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
