Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the SAP Technical Support Engineer I will provide first-level technical support for SAP environments, troubleshoot system errors, and monitor system security while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for SAP environments, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP system errors and performance issues
• Monitor system security, perform regular system checks, and implement security protocols

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on SAP technical support experience
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and administration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
