SAP TM Architect

Job Summary

Driving Amgen's digital and innovation ambitions, the full-time remote SAP TM Architect will be responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of the SAP S/4 Transportation Management solution across manufacturing and distribution sites, collaborating with business leads and cross-functional teams to optimize technology investments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 Transportation Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to identify needs and prioritize resources for critical projects and enhancements
• Manage implementation vendors to ensure project execution meets scope, SLAs, and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of SAP TM implementation experience
• Experience with a minimum of 3 to 4 end-to-end S/4 TM implementations
• Solid knowledge in SAP TM master data, transportation planning, and execution processes
• Understanding of SAP supply chain processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Hands-on experience in transportation execution, including carrier selection and freight settlement
