Job Summary
To drive business growth across a global client base, the full-time salaried SAP TM Solution Director will manage pre-sales activities, deliver engaging demos, and collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client logistics challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations to showcase SAP TM value for client-specific logistics challenges
- Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, shape deals, and lead RFx responses with effective solution positioning
- Develop proposals, SOWs, and project sizing while leading client workshops and discovery sessions to translate requirements into SAP TM solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP TM experience, including knowledge of SAP Business Network for Logistics
- Proven background in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or Consulting with strong experience in sales processes
- Deep expertise in SAP TM configuration and functionalities, including planning and execution
- Strong understanding of the SAP logistics ecosystem and end-to-end transportation processes
- Experience in solution design, project sizing, and SOW development with an analytical mindset
