SAP TM Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP Transportation Management (TM) Support Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides hypercare support and resolves live system issues following SAP TM go-lives
• Monitors system performance, investigates failures, and manages a high volume of support tickets
• Collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and document support procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience
• SAP TM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• 3-5 years of SAP TM configuration experience
• Background or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, or IT
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
