SAP Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of project training strategies, the remote SAP Training Specialist will assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for SAP implementation projects while serving as an instructor for end-user training programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Training Lead in executing the training strategy for SAP implementation projects
• Design, develop, and maintain various training materials and conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and create effective learning content

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or three years of related experience in training, instructional design, or SAP/ERP systems
• Up to three years of professional experience in training or instructional design for ERP/SAP projects
• Experience developing instructor-led and participant training materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
