SAP Training Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of project training strategies, the remote SAP Training Specialist I will assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for SAP implementation projects while serving as an instructor for end-user training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Training Lead in executing the overall training strategy for SAP implementation projects
- Design, develop, and maintain various training materials, including instructor-led and computer-based training
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions and collaborate with project teams to develop effective learning content
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or three years of related experience in training, instructional design, or SAP/ERP systems
- Up to three years of professional experience in training, instructional design, or ERP/SAP implementation projects
- Experience developing instructor-led and participant training materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
