SAP Transportation Management Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the SAP Transportation Management Lead will gather requirements from business process owners, manage configuration and documentation, and oversee test planning and change management related to transportation processes in S/4.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct work stream requirement gathering and complete Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires
- Plan and build Workshop A, including system demos and presentation decks based on assessment findings
- Manage authorization, security, and integration processes with various systems, including ShipERP and external warehouses
Required qualifications
- Experience with S/4 and Advanced Transportation management
- Knowledge of freight units, freight orders, and route determination
- Familiarity with integration processes involving Warehouse Management (EWM) and Dangerous Goods
- Experience in functional specification authoring
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry
