Job Summary
Working remotely, the SAP Transportation Management SME will serve as the lead functional expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Transportation Management event visibility capabilities to enhance Department of Defense logistics operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional lead for SAP TM Event Management capabilities, focusing on milestone tracking, event monitoring, and operational visibility
- Translate operational and business requirements into functional specifications and SAP TM solution designs
- Support integration efforts across various SAP modules and validate system configurations through testing and deployment readiness activities
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, transportation management, logistics, or enterprise business systems
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Transportation Management and event management processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- DoD 8140 Level II Certification required
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one preferred
