Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAS Macro Developer (Contractor) for their Biometrics & Data Management team in California or remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain SAS macros, Unix scripts, and tools to support clinical and statistical programming needs
Create software development plans, user requirement specifications, and test plans
Provide training and technical support to users and identify opportunities for innovation and automation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a data science field
Minimum 8+ years programming experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical clinical trial environment
Experience in software development and testing using SAS, R, and/or Python
Understanding of CDISC standards and clinical R&D concepts
Basic project management skills and experience
