SAS Macro Developer Manager

Job Summary

SAS Macro Developer Manager, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level SAS macros to automate TLF generation workflows in a full-time remote/hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy complex SAS macros to optimize SDTM, ADaM, and TLF generation processes
• Build automated tools for data transformation and quality control to enhance delivery timelines
• Ensure macro development adheres to SDLC and regulatory compliance while providing technical guidance to the Biometrics team

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical/Statistical Programming within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO industry
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in advanced SAS Macro development
• Expert-level proficiency in Base SAS, SAS/Macro, SAS/STAT, and SAS/Graph
• In-depth knowledge of clinical drug development phases and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, Define.xml)
