Saviynt IAM Operations Senior Associate
Job Summary
To support critical business and data protection challenges, the full-time remote Saviynt IAM Operations Senior Associate will manage complex incidents, lead troubleshooting efforts, and implement advanced configurations within the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex Saviynt incidents and service requests
- Lead end-to-end troubleshooting across Saviynt and associated systems, ensuring timely resolution of defects and service restoration
- Design and implement advanced configurations, workflows, and API-based integrations to enhance system performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5-8 years of experience in L3 production support/Engineering for Saviynt IGA
- Deep hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA, including identity lifecycle management and access requests
- Strong knowledge of Saviynt REST APIs, SQL, and automation tools
- Preferred: Saviynt Certified IGA Professional certification
