Job Summary
Supporting the National SBA sales team, the full-time remote SBA Business Development Associate will manage client outreach, qualify leads, prepare loan materials, and facilitate smooth progress through the loan pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads, conduct client intake, and maintain CRM records while coordinating communications with team members
- Assist in gathering and organizing documentation for SBA loan applications, ensuring compliance with SBA guidelines
- Conduct preliminary credit analysis and support the underwriting process by preparing loan packages and assessing eligibility
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in sales support, lending support, or customer service
- 3 or more years of SBA lending support or underwriting experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial spreading software
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive support mindset
