SBA Business Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SBA Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Market a full range of banking services to SBA loan eligible businesses, focusing on client contact, origination, and analysis
• Originate SBA loans, typically ranging from $350K to $5MM, and prepare credit packages
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of SBA lending experience
• A minimum of 5 years of Business/Commercial lending experience
• Experience in SBA loan origination
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
• Proficiency in PC and internet usage
