SBA Business Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Officer - SBA to sell SBA products to the small business marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Source deposits and lending relationships to achieve annual growth goals
• Maintain pipeline reports and support the collection and review of borrower documents
• Cross-sell new products and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SBA or related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of SBA 7a, 504, and USDA
• Experience in high-pressure sales environments
• Ability to work independently
