SBA Business Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Officer to generate new business opportunities in the franchise sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate viable SBA 7(a) loan opportunities through marketing channels and meet loan volume targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with franchisors, franchise brokers, and referral sources
• Manage loan workflow, financial analysis, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of SBA lending experience with a US-based bank or non-bank institution
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to understand financial/credit policies and structure credit facilities
• Full understanding of SBA eligibility and guidelines
• Ability to analyze financial statements and business reports
