Job Summary
A company is looking for an SBA Business Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Source SBA-government lending and conventional opportunities through outbound sales calls and networking
- Cross-sell business products to deepen client relationships and manage a pipeline of active leads
- Interview loan applicants to assess business needs and generate referrals to other bank departments
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and structuring complex SBA credits
- Proven ability to create positive client experiences
- Business banking/lending experience interpreting financial statements
- 7+ years of experience preferred in analyzing SBA credits and cross-selling products
