Key Responsibilities
  • Source SBA-government lending and conventional opportunities through outbound sales calls and networking
  • Cross-sell business products to deepen client relationships and manage a pipeline of active leads
  • Interview loan applicants to assess business needs and generate referrals to other bank departments
Required Qualifications
  • University degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and structuring complex SBA credits
  • Proven ability to create positive client experiences
  • Business banking/lending experience interpreting financial statements
  • 7+ years of experience preferred in analyzing SBA credits and cross-selling products
