Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote SBA Business Development Officer, who will manage all aspects of SBA customer relationships, including loan origination, relationship management, and market development while achieving production goals and utilizing Salesforce for deal flow.

Key responsibilities
  • Originate SBA loans and financing transactions for small businesses nationwide
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with customers and brokers to generate business leads
  • Collaborate on marketing and sales strategies to expand market penetration and achieve production goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong SBA industry experience preferred
  • Proven production of $10MM to $12MM+ per year over the previous three years
  • Working knowledge of financial statements and loan structuring
