Self-sourcing deals through a network of Centers of Influence (COI), the full-time salaried SBA Business Development Officer will focus on 7a and 504 lending for an established national lender.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust network of COIs to generate business opportunities
- Manage the full lending process for 7a and 504 loans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SBA lending
- Established network of Centers of Influence (COIs)
- Strong credit analysis skills
