Job Summary

Managing a team of closers, the full-time Manager SBL Closing will oversee the closing process for SBA loans, ensuring compliance and quality assurance while serving as a liaison to various departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor the closing team, conducting meetings and performance reviews
  • Conduct pre-closing file reviews and communicate with the loan team regarding missing information
  • Evaluate pre- and post-closing functions to identify process improvements and enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in the SBA industry with a strong understanding of closing practices
  • At least three (3) years of direct experience in loan closing
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
