SBA Credit Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Regional Credit Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze SBA loans, making approval or decline decisions while ensuring compliance with policies
• Provide credit expertise and guidance to associates, maintaining knowledge of market trends affecting credit
• Develop relationships with management and associates to effectively communicate commercial lending objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in SBA credit analysis, lending, or underwriting, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of financial principles and SBA experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
