Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - Fulfillment Documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts due diligence on SBA loan parties and documentation to ensure compliance with SBA SOP and regulatory standards
  • Collaborates with internal and external parties to facilitate a smooth loan closing process and manages high volumes of transactions
  • Prepares and reviews SBA loan documents, coordinates with bank counsel, and ensures all conditions are met prior to settlement
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related field (Required)
  • 5 or more years of knowledge in commercial lending functions, specifically with SBA loan programs (Required)
  • 4 or more years of experience with attorney closings and reviewing commercial loan documents (Required)
  • 4 or more years of paralegal experience related to legal review of commercial loan documentation (Required)
  • Paralegal certification is preferred
