Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA 7(a) Loan Underwriter/Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform commercial loan file reviews in accordance with SBA and regulatory requirements
Document loan review results accurately
Enter review outcomes into a proprietary software program

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years' recent experience with SBA 7(a) loan programs
5+ years of recent experience in commercial loan activities
Working knowledge of SBA's 7(a) Loan Program Requirements
2+ years of experience with collections or special asset management of SBA 7(a) loans preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years' SBA 7(a) loan experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
