Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Banking SBA Closer Secondary Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end closing process for SBA-guaranteed loans, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely loan closings
• Serve as an SBA Subject Matter Expert, maintaining program integrity and supporting audits and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Experience closing SBA 7(a) and/or 504 loans with knowledge of SBA SOP requirements
• Ability to manage complex loan closings with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Strong documentation and compliance discipline
• Experience with secondary market SBA loan sales is beneficial but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
