SBA Loan Closer

Job Summary

Experienced SBA Loan Closers will find a fully remote contract position focused on managing documentation and coordination to successfully close commercial loan transactions while ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming loan and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness before closing
• Build and maintain detailed closing checklists, track outstanding conditions, and ensure timely receipt of required items
• Draft closing packages and loan documents in LaserPro, verifying all forms are complete and ready for execution

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan closing, loan documentation, or a related lending support function
• Strong knowledge of closing practices, compliance expectations, and loan documentation requirements
• Hands-on experience using e-Tran and familiarity with approval and authorization processing
• Proficiency with LaserPro for preparing and reviewing loan documents
• Ability to analyze title information and lien documentation with high accuracy
