Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time hybrid SBA Loan Closer Processor will manage the commercial loan closing process, ensuring compliance with SBA regulations and bank policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the commercial loan closing process to meet closing requirements and deadlines
• Ensure accuracy of loan files, including all documentation and compliance with SBA lending requirements
• Review closing documents for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or missing items

Required qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in SBA financing preferred
• Experience with 504 and commercial loan closing preferred
• Current knowledge of banking regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related computer skills
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
