SBA Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Loan Officer (Remote - FL).

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-screen applicants for loan eligibility and conduct credit analysis
• Facilitate loan processing through application, underwriting, and closing while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop relationships to generate loan leads and enhance client retention through sales and service activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in the Financial Industry including SBA lending, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the Financial Industry including SBA lending
• Thorough knowledge of SBA guidelines and processes
• Experience with SBA financial programs for small businesses
• Strong knowledge of SBA SOPs, program eligibility, credit criteria, and loan structure requirements
