SBA Loan Packager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Loan Packager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the packaging/origination of SBA loans in compliance with SBA SOP
• Collect and review documentation from customers, brokers, and borrowers for accuracy
• Manage the workflow of loan files and ensure all necessary steps are completed for submission

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SBA Origination experience for commercial loans
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of USDA, SBA 7a, 504, and Express Lines of Credit
• Familiarity with SBA Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
