SBA Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Loan Processor II responsible for packaging, document preparation, closing, and funding of SBA and other commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various types of SBA loan files and oversee due diligence items
• Coordinate collection of required documentation and ensure completeness of loan files
• Prepare and submit SBA application documents and assist in loan closing and audits

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• 4 or more years of commercial loan and/or SBA loan documentation experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze complex assignments and prioritize workflow under time pressures
• Familiarity with SBA Standard Operating Procedures and eligibility requirements
