Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Perform operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
• Develop relationships with customers to achieve business goals and streamline service experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service, or
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service
• Preferred knowledge of Small Business Administration and loan closing processes
• Experience with E-Tran and PCFS (Loan Manager) is advantageous
• Background in commercial banking and loan disbursements is preferred
